Transformational Life Coaching
You go first, I 'll have your back!
Transformational life coaching, inspired by the depth psychology of Carl Gustav Jung, the archetypal psychology of James Hillman and modern narrative theory, is a process of rediscovering meaning in times of crisis, transition and inner fragmentation. Rather than treating a life crisis merely as a problem to be “fixed,” this approach understands psychological suffering as a meaningful message from the unconscious — a call toward transformation, authenticity and a deeper relationship with the soul.

Drawing from Jung’s concept of individuation, coaching becomes a journey into the hidden layers of the psyche: the shadow, inner conflicts, recurring life patterns and unlived potentials. Hillman’s perspective adds another dimension by viewing symptoms, depression, anxiety or emotional stagnation not simply as dysfunctions, but as symbolic expressions of the soul demanding attention. Instead of asking “How do I get rid of this problem?”, the process explores questions such as: “What is trying to emerge through this crisis?” or “Which forgotten part of myself seeks a voice?”

Narrative theory complements this work by recognizing that human beings live through stories. Many emotional struggles are connected to limiting identity narratives shaped by family systems, social expectations, shame or trauma. Through reflective dialogue, writing exercises and symbolic exploration, clients begin to recognize these inherited stories and gradually rewrite them. The goal is not to create a perfect version of the self, but a more conscious, honest and integrated relationship with one’s own inner world.
