4. Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via the website or agreed communication channels. Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. Prices are stated in EUR and may be subject to change.

5. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be refunded.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has taken place. Exceptions may be made at the provider’s discretion.

7. Client Responsibility

You agree to participate in sessions voluntarily and acknowledge that results depend on your own commitment and personal responsibility.

All personal information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property
