Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All services provided by Anne-Kathrin Godec are personalized online coaching sessions and astrology readings. Due to the nature of these services, they are considered digital and individualized, and therefore subject to limited refund rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by booking and agreeing to a scheduled session within this period, you expressly consent to the service being provided before the withdrawal period expires. In doing so, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• The session is canceled by the client at least 24 hours in advance

• The service has not yet been provided

• Technical issues on the provider’s side prevent the session from taking place

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the provider in exceptional cases.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)

• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

• Completed sessions or delivered readings

• Failure to attend a scheduled session

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule sessions free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made later may not be accommodated.

6. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
